High cholesterol?

Because?

Following a diet low in saturated fats and high in fiber helps lower cholesterol levels and contributed to heart health by lowering blood pressure and inflammation. Garlic helps blood thinner and lowers cholesterol, helping blood to flow normally and prevent blood clots.

The omega-3 fatty fish also helps prevent abnormal blood clotting, has anti-inflammatory effects and therefore lowers cholesterol and prevents heart disease.

As for exercise, it is known that one of the main causes of high cholesterol is sedentary lifestyle, so even if they are 30 minutes of walking a day, it already helps reduce cholesterol levels.
