According to Ignacio Hernández Carrero, author of the book 'Algae eat?', This delicacy has fewer calories, is rich in carbohydrates, protein, fiber and vitamins A, B, C and E and iron ( In more quantity than meat or lentils, for example). But algae are not only allied in weight loss diets because they have a low calorie content, they are also satiating and a great stimulant of intestinal transit.
